Unboxing

To ensure a smooth experience, please record a video while unboxing your parcel. Begin recording before opening, show the shipping label clearly, and display all items inside. This will help resolve any issues related to missing or damaged items quickly.

Return / Exchange Process

✅ Eligible Returns: Only items that are damaged or incorrect upon delivery are eligible for return.

⏳ Return Window: Requests must be made within 4 days of receiving the product.

📦 Return / Exchange Process:

Contact our support team with your order details and clear images of the issue. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

After we receive the item, we’ll process a replacement or refund.

The refund will be issued within 5 days of receiving the product.

The replacement will be shipped within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product and approve the exchange and will be delivered by our trusted courier partners within another 5–7 business days from the date of shipment.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

Products without proof of damage or incorrect delivery

Returns requested after the 4-day window

Used or altered items

Print-on-demand products as are printed after receiving the order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in another 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
